Ordering
To order products or surfboards from Mitch’s Surf Shop, purchase them from our website by using the “add to cart” button and then filling out the form. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Mitch’s Surf Shop only charges you for the surfboard, products, mailing and packing costs; surfboard shipping costs are paid to the shipper separately, "Freight Collect."
Products other than surfboards are sent via U.S. Postal Service Mail via Ground with 5-6 day delivery. Specify Priority Post if you'd like it quicker. We usually ship within 1 week of receipt of the order.

Returns
We can’t accept returns on any surfboards, fins or skateboards.
You can return any unused and unwashed items within 30 days for a full refund.
Our surfboards are insured by the shipper; check your board when it arrives
and file a claim with them if there has been any damage.
Surfboard Shipping to California
We pack and ship along the coast to specific locations from San Diego to San Francisco for only $95 - $115, depending on your board size.
North of San Francisco and California inland rates vary, and will be shipped with extra packing costs via Pilot Transport; call or email us for a quote to your location.
Surfboard Shipping to Rest of USA
We use Pilot Transport for shipping via ground; they are inexpensive and dependable shippers. They also deliver quickly: most orders arrive within one week. The surfboard can be shipped Freight Collect one of two ways; to a home or business (more expensive) or to a local pickup warehouse. (less expensive)

International Shipping
Until shipping rates and arrival dependability improve, we ONLY ship our full product line to Japan.
We DO ship our surfboards to international destinations; the UK, France, Australia, etc.
For surfboard shipping we use MapCargo International; they are the inexpensive, quick and dependable shippers. The surfboard will be shipped Freight Collect one of two ways; to a home or business (more expensive) or to a local international airport for pickup there. (less expensive)
