To buy products and surfboards from Mitch’s Surf Shop, purchase them directly from our website by using the “add to cart” button and then filling out the form. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Products other than surfboards are sent via U.S. Postal Service Standard Mail.

Surfboard Shipping to Coastal California

We pack and ship your board bi-weekly along the California Coast for only $80.00.

You can pick up your board at drop-spots in the following cities:

   Orange County                 San Luis Obispo               Santa Cruz

   Los Angeles                     Morro Bay                        Half Moon Bay

   Santa Barbara                  Cayucos                           San Francisco

   Pismo Beach                   Monterey               

Deliveries north of San Francisco and California inland rates vary, and will be shipped with more expensive packing costs via Pilot Freight Services; call or email us for a quote to your location.

Surfboard Shipping to Rest of USA

Mitch’s Surf Shop only charges you for the surfboard & packing costs; you will pay the surfboard shipper directly. We use Pilot Freight Services, they are inexpensive and dependable shippers. They also deliver quickly as most orders arrive within one week. The surfboard can be shipped Freight Collect one of two ways; to a home or business (more expensive) or to your local Pilot Depot. (less expensive)

    USA Shipping Rates, Includes Insurance

      These example rates are for one box holding one 9' longboard;

      Charleston South Carolina      $185.00

      Jacksonville Florida               $160.00

      Jamaica New York                 $155.00

For destinations other than Coastal California, we bubble wrap your boards in large shipping boxes. Up to 4 boards can be packed in 1 box, or 3 boards if they have glassed-on fins. Each shipping box costs $75 and the packing cost per board is $25.

Returns

We can’t accept returns on any used items or clothes that have been washed.

If you'd like a different size on unused clothing, mail it back within 30 days of purchase and we will send you the new size. (We'll do this once and not charge for the extra shipping!) Provide us with your return address.

To return unused items, just mail it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will credit your card back:

We can’t accept returns on any surfboards sold. 

All of our boards are sent with insurance; please check your board when it arrives.

File a claim with the shipper if there has been damage.
